Start your day with Planning

Start your day off right to roll off back stress and depression. we need to be little proactive. The previous night we should plan for a day according to priorities. Need to start a day with a relaxing and positive attitude. Need to spend time, Wake up early and spend some with your self to analysis the things to get a good result. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Do some exercise to keep calm your mind.

Act rather than react.
Always try to go to an office on time, so you can leave the office on time.
Try to be focused and confident and well-being. Need to control your self rather than react. We should do the planning and create a To Do list and eat the frog first. we should take some time to solve and answered interruption mail and meetings. If anything happens the wrong don't react on your and another mistake. Focus on the solution and work for improvement. It helps to maintain a positive atmosphere at the workstation.

Avoid Conflicts
In an organization, everyone adopts his/her own way to work. having a conflict among employees is inevitable. Need how we can avoid and stay ways. It is not possible but some things we can try, like don't gossip. Don't share much personal life with a co-worker. Stay away from people who don't like to do work well. Don't point out someone directly and indirectly.
Don't put your mistake on other shoulders. To get growth you should walk an extra mile.
